My daughter has been a patient of Dr. Stein's for 9 years now. Dr. Stein is a kind, caring doctor and very thorough. Her staff is wonderful and on top of things

Dr Sima Stein is professional and to-the-point. She does not waste time selling or providing unnecessary advice. She is direct with her questions, observations and comments. She is also kind and gentle with kids without being 'over-friendly' and 'artificial'.

we have been visiting Dr Sima Stein for 4 years now.. I have two sons and I was recommended to Dr Stein after my second son was born by our ob-gyn, and this has been the best thing we did... my second son Abhay has Asthma/Eczema and allergies for milk and several others. we would end up at Dr Stein once or twice every month due to his conditions. and every time we got very professional advice and recommendations. Once when he was 6 mos old, he played well entire evening and in the morning, he wouldnt wake up even at 9am.. normally he is an early riser at 7-8. we had no clue of how to detect Asthma attack or allergy attacks at that time, and when we went to the Dr Stein at 10am, she was so happy that we came to her, and she took over. She called the hospital and immediately rushed him to OConnors and gave instructions on next steps. Apparently he had a severe ashtma attack, and had trouble breathing and his lips were turning blue, was not reacting well to pinch. Later she got us materials to read about how to detect Ashtma attacks, how to study child's response at various situations to make sure everything is normal. we have been having regular visits since then, and I think everytime we have been given good attention and she studies the baby very well. I even switched my elder son to Dr Stein. we are so glad we chose Stein. She is probably the best in the bayarea.

Ever since I was a kid, I've been with Dr. Stein. I used to hate a lot of things about doctor's offices; the procedures, the medicine, everything. Sometimes I still don't like them. But Dr. Stein helped me and still helps me to overcome that. She has really tried to understand me -. I've always been an alert person, wary of everything going on around me. As a young child , not knowing the situation honestly scared me. Even though knowing some things can be unsettling, I think it's better to know than to never know at all. Dr. Stein respects that and tries to help both the parent and the child. Growing up in her care was and has been reassuring. During the worst of times, she's helped me so much. There's no words that I can say except 'Thank you' to her.

Our sons have been with Dr. Stein for ten years now. I would have to say that Dr. Stein is the best pediatrician there is. Both of my sons love her. She is one of the most caring doctors and well educated in what she does. We just found out about a year ago that our youngest son has asthma and is quite allergic to alot of things. Dr. Stein always knows the right treatment our son needs.And her practice has the most current technologies and tools. And also you are able to make a same day appointment if needed. Not to mention the staff is terrific. The staff knows what they are doing, they are quickly responsive to our childrens needs. That is why we have not once thought about changing our sons pediatrican. Dr. Stein is the best there is!

I was referred to Dr. Sima Stein after moving to the area. I was prepared to search for the perfect pediatrician for my children and was grateful she came so highly recommended. She had a great bedside manner and her staff was fabulous. The waiting room time was minimal. Dr Stein's office had a separate waiting room for Well children.... this was very important to me with my newborn. At our appointment I was given all use full information regarding the office, the use of electronic medical records, the option of scheduling appointments on-line or via email. Her office has a free After Hour Nurse Advice Line. Dr Stein was knowledgeable and answered all my questions. Her office is accommodating to your schedule offering late and Saturday appointments.

Our sons have been with Dr. Stein since they were born. When we initially chose her, we picked her name off of a list from our insurance. We had an appointment to meet her before our first son was born, but he came early, so we met her in the hospital. It simply could not have worked out better. She has taken incredible care of all of us. Both boys have asthma, one has a peanut allergy and both have been hospitalized for brief periods of time. We always know that she is providing them with everything they need. Her office staff is friendly and warm and incredibly responsive. I never hesitate to call with a question or concern. The bottom line is that we know she is giving our children the highest quality of care.

I am a mother to four children which only one at home and still very young and a grandmother of 3 children whom Dr. Stein is their phyician and I have had other pass doctors whom have treated my children but none like Dr. Stein. I have found Dr. Stein to be a very caring doctor to the children. What makes her special is her ability to make sure the kids are comfortable and she talks to the children and to the parent and when she take a real concern she will make a house call to follow up on the child progress. But the wonderful part of being a patient of hers is her staff are just as kind and very concern as she is. The beauty of being her patient is the quick response from her staff to get you seen so no child will suffer with the illness that has let them down. I myself has recommended her to other parents because I feel she a very good Doctor and her ability to go beyond to make sure she has done everything possible to find the problem that has attacked your child immune system. We LOVE Dr. Stein and the rest of her staff. We have been using Dr. Stein for 3 years now (2 year old and 8 mo old).

She is very attuned to my kids; asks detailed questions during exams, seems to remember details specific to my sons. I also like that she offers up options to treat an illness or infection, but is careful about not resorting to antibiotics or drugs too quickly.

Both Dr. Stein and her staff are very kid friendly, very animated with the kids to put them at ease.

I drive all the way from Morgan Hill to visit her practice because she just seems the perfect fit for us and I trust her expertise.

I am really a big fan of Dr Stein! The office is great and staff is very friendly. I highly recommend this doctor!
