Dr. Sima Stein MD PHD FAAP
Dr. Stein has been a practicing physician specializing in Pediatrics for many years. She was born and raised in Russia, and graduated from the Moscow Medical Institute in 1974. She did her internship, residency and fellowship as well as Ph.D. and post doctorate program at the Institute of Pediatrics of Moscow.
Her family moved from Russia to the USA in 1991, where she continued her medical training at the Methodist Hospital and Cornell University Medial Center. Dr. Stein also served as a clinical instructor at the department of pediatrics at the Stanford University Medical Center.
She has worked on the International Rheumatology Study Group projects regarding treatment in juvenile rheumatoid arthritis, and has also authored articles in several research publications. Dr. Stein has been featured in San Jose Magazine Top Doctors issue, and she has received high scores by insurance reviews.
