Anemia Evaluation

Anemia can go unnoticed as symptoms are mild. However, as the anemia worsens the signs and symptoms intensify. Check you child for these signs:

• Easy Fatigue or Weakness
• Acting cranky or irritable
• Chest pain, shortness of breath
• Pale skin
• Headaches, dizziness or lightheadedness
• Cold hands and feet
• Brittle Nailes
• Crazings for non-nutritive substances such as ice, dirt, starch or paint chips.
